I worked with him because I was the manager of the association at that time. The cost did change throughout the process. He gave one quote and it grew a little bit more. I complained about it and he did adjust it in the end. It wasn't completely satisfactory but it wasn't a terrible experience either. I would probably use them again and I will have more need in the future. We did get other quotes. He did everything he said he would do. They were a little rough around the edges.
