Title Companies
RW Higgins did not back his warranty of his work. We had a leak in shower from two places. One is a seat area where RW Higgins did not install a waterproof barrier and one from a major crack in floor pan. I also had a glass block window installed in shower area where RW Higgins did not use the proper material to finish the joint around the window which ended up cracking and shrinking. I also encountered loose tiles on the main bathroom floor from improper installation.
The quality of work performed by RW Higgins was below expectations and the fact that RW Higgins did not back up their work and stand by warranty would prevent me from recommending this company for any work. I do not believe RW Higgins is qualified for this type of work.
