We've had our alarm system for a year and a half. Robin is very professional and knowledgeable. She's punctual. She's been out several times to answer questions, add switches and tweak my system. I'm very happy with my equipment (Honeywell) and the service I've gotten from Protection Systems and her monitoring company. We've had several alarms, mostly due to our error. One alarm, was water on the floor, in our laundry room, when a plastic pipe to our watersoftner split. It could have been disastrous if we hadn't been notified immediately. That alone made the alarm system worthwhile. I'm very happy with my choice in companies and I checked them all in this area, including all the big names. Her prices are very competitive even with those on the internet. Also important to me was, there was NO PRESSURE, with Robin. Some of the other companies I called are still bugging me.

I highly recommend them. She was very professional. It was a lady named Robin. She came out when she said she was going to come out. She knows her work. She was in here and out of here in a short period of time.

They came out to look over the house and make suggestions as to what type of system we needed and what entry points should be alarmed. Since we hadn't had a security system in the past, this input was helpful. We have a dog so they put in a weight-sensitive alarm that couldn't be triggered by a 40 lb dog. After the alarm was installed, they had to come back to the house to re-position some wires in the basement because the alarm was randomly triggering. This was done quickly and with a smile. It now works perfectly. We were very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism displayed by Robin, the owner and installer.

THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. THEY HAD IT INSTALLED THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
