The two men that did the job, Ralph and John provided estimates and upon my accepting their bid provided timing when they could get to my job and followed through accordingly. They took approximately 4 days to complete the deck working very hard and meticulously while continuously maintaining a clean and safe work site throughout the project. All of the work was carried out as promised. The deck is noticeably stronger than the previous one due to numerous methods they used including blocking the joists, bolting all structural elements to beams and to the house walls. They definitely pay attention to detail and it shows in this beautiful deck. Very satisfied and would use them again in a blink.

It went well.  Very easy to work with.  Stingers needed to be reset later after they were installed due to irregular measurements of the deck and/or treated wood warping.  This was done at no additional cost and without question.  They were genuinely interested in a job well done.

They came out in the rain and diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in a few days. They also worked directly with the insurance company to keep them informed the whole time so the reimbursement from them was seamless. Just like my previous experience hiring N-Compass, the project was done on time, on budget, and completely cleaned up when they were done.

I was amazed at their prompt and reliable service. They arrived when they said they would, and finished earlier than they promised. The room was demo'ed, re framed, and the windows installed on the first day. The remainder of the work was completed in two more days. The results were amazing, and the site was spotless when they left. It was a great experience to have such a professional team to do business with.
