LT Complete Tree Services

The work itself went very well. They had some mechanical/injury issue (?) the day I was originally scheduled, and did not call to reschedule (I called after waiting 2-1/2 hours). They then had to reschedule my project twice (but with warning). On the day of the actual work, they were prompt, walked the job with me again to confirm all work, and did a nice job. They then met back up at the end of the day to go over the work completed and to confirm my acceptance of the work. I stayed for the first hour or two of the work - and I was impressed with their care to safety (my real concern considering the difficulty of some of the work under the power lines). I don't know the reason that my project was rescheduled - but I believe it was an emergency and not representative of their responsiveness. I would recommend their work to others and plan on hiring them again when my trees need pruning again.

My whole experience with LT Complete was great from start to finish. An estimate was promptly scheduled and friendly staff members arrived when promised. The work was completed before the week was out by more friendly and knowledgeable staff members. They completed the work requested efficiently and competently. When they were finished they did a thorough clean up. I will definitely call on LT Complete again when I'm next in need of tree service.

Clean Cut Trees showed up on the day scheduled and had the tree down in 1 1/2 hours including stump grinding and grinding a couple of big roots. A couple of branches hit the roof as they came down. I didn't notice any damage just looking from the ground, however, they said if we notice anything later to please let them know. I would hire them again.

Very well - were one of the only services that could perform service quickly following a severe storm

Someone came out within a couple of hours of my call, I got the quote, and they said they'd be there the next day to do the work. I decided to have 2 trees removed. Next day they showed up, went to work and had the tree work done quickly, and with excellent clean up. The one tree was a bit tricky to remove to to a play structure and other shrubs close by, but they were able to manage that very well. Very professional and skilled. Price was competitive based on previous experience with other services. Would highly recommend. The excellent rating they have on Angie's List is well deserved.

Crew arrived, worked all morning and part of the afternoon. When the remaining stump was too much for their stump grinder they arranged for its removal by another company without charging extra. Maple can be a very hard wood. A very pleasant experience. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it for a price that was much less than other quotes for the same work. I plan to contact them next spring for additional work.

The team at LT Complete Tree Services were great! They came out to quote the job within an hour of my call. They gave me a complete assessment of the problem areas on my property and we agreed to remove the fallen tree, 2 others that were damaged/ diseased and some pruning that was overdue. The work was completed within a week, professionally and the price was very reasonable. I would hire again - these guys were fantastic!

They were very careful and work well as a team. My trees were over 4 stories high. They put plywood down so they would not cause damage to my property. They have good equipment and were very courteous. I would hire them again.

They arrived on time and a very hard working crew set to taking down the tree - a very large tree! Wish I had pics to show - the tree was an accident waiting to happen with some dead limbs. Their climber was amazing along with the ground crew. Great communication and precautions throughout the removal service. I left for work so I didn't get to see the whole process but came home to a beautiful sight! The tree was gone and the yard was cleaned up.

LT Complete Services just came and took down 6 trees for my Aunt (I'm also her neighbor), we were very impressed by them! Not only were they professional, they brought a large enough crew to get the job done quickly and efficently. They cleaned up the entire mess and they gave her a great price to boot. We absolutely recommend them!

It went very well, they arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew was very good, helped move my shed out of the way and back again after work was done. The cleanup was performed very nice A good experience, profesional and nice to deal with

They came out on the weekend in the incredibly humid weather to get the job started. Got all the branches off the house. They gave us a good price and returned Monday to complete the job. They showed up on time, got right to work. It was a big job. They had all the man and woman power needed, all the tools, and everything to protect our home, patio and belongings while they were taking the tree down. They cleaned up every twig and even blew off the road in front of the house. They were super nice and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and we have already scheduled for them to come back in the fall to plant a new tree.

On a side note, they took a branch down from another tree as a favor. My husband was then suppose to clean up the extra tree branches. I looked outside and they had cleaned up the extra branches that they had done as a favor. I took my dogs out while they were still working and they petted the dogs and saved the German Shepard a big stick to play fetch with.

Truly sad to lose a big tree but other than the loss of a tree, this was a perfect experience.

Crew showed up on time was very professional. Job was done in less than a full day yard was cleaned up and no damage to the ground. Excellent tree service would highly recommend to anyone.

They provided excellent service, great work, including end of day clean-up.  They displayed teamwork and respect for one another as well as myself as the homeowner throughout the job. Job cost was very fair.
As this field requires a great deal of skill and safety measures, Lonnie's leadership and teaching skills were exemplary.

The crew was very professional, dependable, and extremely polite. They had all saftey measures in place, we're careful of house and garage. They cleaned up all debris after they were done, leaving no mess. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use again. Thank you LT Complete for great service above and beyond!!

Went very well in fact outstanding!

This was the 2nd time I used LT Complete for my tree services. This company is a breath of fresh air, they're safety cautious, thorough, professional, and well educated! The owner oversees all jobs to ensure a job done correctly. I highly recommend.

Lonnie arrived the same day we called for a quote. Super polite and worked with us to give a fair price for everyting we were asking.  LT was not our only company we called for quotes.  They arrived and tore everything down and cleaned up everything like they weren't there and they were super careful not to damage any of my yard unnecessarily.  I think they did an amazing job and if I ever need work again done, they are going to be the only ones I call.

Best tree removal/cleanup ever for us.  Couldn't be more pleased with the work, professional and courteous, prompt, care for our property.  Definitely the best tree service we have used which has been several in past.  They put plywood on ground to protect sod, quietly sectioned & dropped massive trees, protected surrounding gardens and house.  They ground down large stumps and removed chips, filled hole with top soil and seeded.  Looks perfect and no follow up cleanup/repair work for us!  

The quote process was simple and easy. They emailed a written quote, along with their insurance policy and even made financial arrangements for me. On eh date of service they were punctual, arriving early in the morning as they were also removing trees from 2 neighbors yards as well.  This was not the first time i have used them. They are very safety conscience and very hard workers. They worked diligently for 12 hours. All of them were very polite and respectful. They removed all the wood stumps and debris, they had a truck that ground up branches, they even raked up the area when done, the clean up was great! It was incredible watching them work! and I was impressed by all the safety precautions. Divots in the  yard created by the heavy lumber were filled in before they left. The price was a fraction of what another tree company quoted.  I was impressed by their knowledge, passion for their job and professionalism..And I appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and answer my questions.

About 30 minutes after a huge storm 1/3 of our tree fell down on a Saturday evening. Sunday afternoon I called LT Tree Service and left them a message requesting a consultation on the remaining tree. Tracey called me back that evening and scheduled an appointment. My husband was home for the appointment but he said all of our trees, including the one in question, were looked at to determine their health and longevity. He was told they were all in good health and would need some general trimming which could only be done in the fall because of their species. The tree in question had a few options which they went over with my husband. One was and attempt at saving it but it was not a guarantee and the other option was obviously bringing the rest of the tree down. With 50% of the remaining tree hanging over the neighbors kitchen we thought bringing the tree down was the wise choice. I was very nervous because the neighbor just installed a beautiful cedar fence literally inches from the tree trunk. When I got home from work the day of the job the tree was gone, the work site was clean as a whistle and the fence didn't even have saw dust on it. They even left the logs for my husband to give to a friend who heats his home with wood. Now when we purchased our house just 1 year ago, 370 days ago to be exact, I had someone else come look at the trees except the tree in question. At the time I didn't know it was mine. I was told that my trees were in desparate need of care to the tune of $4000. One of which needed to be taken down immediately. I'm so thankful we didn't have $4000 last summer and put that on the list of things we will do later.
