Last year we bought a trailer for my dad to live in. Jeffries was hired to inspect it. The day we moved my dad in the air conditioner was not working, supposedly he had inspected it and it did the day he inspeected it, however it has cost over 1000 to get it running again. A few months after my dad was living there I noticed water coming out from under the trailer, by a bathroom that wasnt hardly ever used. Called a plumber. He came and found that ALL of the pipes underneath were busted or disconnected from the sewer, and had been for a very long time!!! Cost 1600 to get all pipes fixed. He also told me I should get a carpenter to fix the floor under the sink, because while he was under the trailer he discovered that there was absolutely NO floor under the kitchen sink. There was only joists. No insulation, no subfloor. The linoleum was laying on top of the floor joists! These are things that should have been discovered in the home inspection. The seller recommended him. I know why!! The seller was a realtor!
