I happened to go there when there was a guy who was pretty helpful at carpeting but I just had a very difficult time trying to get the whole transaction wrapped up and run up in the system. I had a problem with; the Decor was supposed to be coming out but he was not able to come out and install it and that was a little frustrating. When they finally came they did a very good job. They were on time and very professional. They got it done well.

They are very nice. We've been using them for a long time. They are very punctual.

I decided to go there because of price and location.

They stated they would send someone out to do an estimate for refinishing my hardwood floors. They were supposed to come before noon. At 3PM, no one had shown. I drove to the store, told them what had happened. They apologized and said they would send someone the next day at no charge. I told them that if they couldn't be trusted to come do the estimate, I wasn't going to trust them to show up to do my floors. They gave me a merchandise card to try to appease me. Also, the price that they estimated over the phone for my home was exorbitant.

Plumber arrived on time. The gas vent needed to be increased in size to meet code. This cost an additional $75.00. Installation took about 3 hours total, including the gas vent. Installation was done in a professional manner and the work area was cleaned up. The installation passed the Waterford Township inspection. There have been no problems with the water heater.

The salesperson, Thomas, did a great job explaining the washing machine features to me. He helped me decide to get a front-load machine. He expedited the delivery process and did not pressure me to upgrade or buy the most expensive machine. The machine was set up in a timely manner as well.

THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO FIT AND WORK PROPERLY. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WHEN THEY WERE HERE. THERE WERE TWO MEN WORKING ON THE PROJECT SO EVERYTHING WENT QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY.

THIS COMPANY WAS FINE, EXCEPT THEY DID A POOR JOB ATTACHING THE ROOF OF THE SHED. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES REALLY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE JOB WAS DONE WELL AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

I WOULD TELL PEOPLE THIS COMPANY DOES GREAT WORK. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE TIME IT TOOK THEM TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND WILL FIX ANY PROBLEMS WE HAVE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
