Today, I called Family Heating and Cooling because I had a problem with my air conditioner and have been without air since yesterday. When I contacted the company, they responded immediately. The technician who arrived was extremely nice and cordial. He took the time to explain the problem clearly, solved it right away, and, most importantly, left my air conditioner working perfectly. I needed to have my bathroom fans replaced because they were old and one of them didn't work. I believe they were the original fans put in when the house was built in 1979. Two gentlemen came to do the job. They were pleasant, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Within a relatively short time, they installed the new fans and created vents that went through the attic and out the roof. The workers were neat with the work, pleasant, and efficient!

John came out to give us an estimate. Called to let us know he was on the way, and arrived on time. We accepted the proposal and installation date was set up within few weeks. Bryan, Mitch and Hunter did the installation. Called from the road and were here on time. Installation took better part of day but went well. Bryan helped us program new Smart thermostat. Guys picked up, cleaned up and took away old furnace and AC. All super guys to work with. Job well done! Very happy with outcome. Highly recommend this company.
