I was very impressed with their helpfulness on the phone. I'd had a difficult time finding someone who would remove dead animals from under decks. The gentleman came out the same day. He was very professional and timely. He did remove a deck board with my permission and found where the possum and gone to die (in an irretrievable hole in the old cement porch under the deck). You could tell the guy felt really badly about not being able to get the dead animal out, but made many very helpful suggestions. We basically paid for his expertise -- but I sure appreciated all his efforts.
