Description of Work: I had a racoon in the attic,I contacted Critter Control (because I wanted a no-kill professional service to be released back to the wild) after their inspection and assessment they set a trap for a squirrel (smaller trap) instead of a racoon trap (larger trap) as a result the young male racoon's neck was pierced by the cone shaped wire trap and because it was the wrong type of trap the racoon's body was unable to get through it and was unable to retreat he was stuck and he could could not get his body completely through the trap and when he tried to back out the wire pierced through the racoon's neck and he could not free himself and he died a slow, gruesome and painful death The racoon bleed to death. This made me very sad tor the recoon.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with their helpfulness on the phone. I'd had a difficult time finding someone who would remove dead animals from under decks. The gentleman came out the same day. He was very professional and timely. He did remove a deck board with my permission and found where the possum and gone to die (in an irretrievable hole in the old cement porch under the deck). You could tell the guy felt really badly about not being able to get the dead animal out, but made many very helpful suggestions. We basically paid for his expertise -- but I sure appreciated all his efforts.
Description of Work: Called to ask about removal of dead opossum from under a deck. They were very responsive to my call and sent someone out same day. He removed a board and did find where the animal was and although was unable to remove the dead animal, he made several helpful suggestions.
