The flapper in one of our toilets had deteriorated. Wasn't sure the one I had purchased was the correct one. Since I'm not a plumber, I didn't want to start monkeying around with it, and end up was a non-working toilet. We have used Countryside in the past, and they graciously worked us into their very busy schedule on the same day that I called. Thankfully, I had the right part. Dino had it installed in no time (trust me, it would not have gone in the right way if I had tried to do it!).

Said he would be over before noon. He was and quickly fixed it. Plus he offered his weekday rate which was nice.

They did a good job. It has no leaks, they cleaned up well after the job. He gave us free advised on how to deal with outside faucet that were leaking and it works.

Great! I've used Countryside Plumbing 3 times in the past 5 years. Does excellent work. Is responsive, provides honest assessment of situation and describes options when available. Fees are reasonable. I trust him to do a good job and to be fair and honest with me about the work that needs to be done.

Dino came out on short notice to fix a split pipe. He was professional and did a great job.

It went very well. Some of the faucets were on a tub and hadn't been used in many years. They were difficult to remove. All the replacement faucets were purchased by the plumber and are included in the cost of service.

At first the job was great, Dino was responsive and there quickly. Did the job and we were happy. However, that was just the beginning of the nightmare. It turned out to be a horrible experience, one of the worst experiences that I have had in dealing with a "service professional". Initially the project was fine until our house was inspected and it was discovered that his work was not up to code and could not be certified. When we tried to get Dino to resolve the issue he refused, claimed it wasn't his problem and tried to blackmail us into paying him cash directly to fix the issue. He wanted us to leave a check in his home mailbox and "then he would schedule a time to fix the issue". Thankfully we realized that having him do the job twice wasn't going to get it done correctly so we had to get another company to come out and install a brand new water heater (yes, replacing an already new one) because they weren't comfortable certifying his work. He installed the water heater incorrectly - mixed up the hot/cold lines and did an overall terrible job. Dino does not stand by his work, make things right or respond when called out on it. Avoid the company unless you want to pay to have something done twice like we did.

We had to shut off all water to the house. It was Friday and Dino was booked for the day. Hearing the situation, he found time in his schedule to look at the issue and then returned at 4:30 with a backhoe and team to dig up the line and repair it. He sincerely did not want to see us go all weekend without water and got the job done. I would highly recommend him. His concern and professionalism should be benchmarked by all service professionals.
