The owner/installer was prompt & very professional from the beginning of our meeting and through the installation process. I would not only recommend his business but would hire him again for any future window treatments needed.

He installed them the very day they arrived from the manufacturer. It took him about a half-hour. And they work perfectly.

We recently had Blind Depot install blinds in several windows in our new home. We are very pleased with the results. Pricing is great and quality of service and product is excellent. It was a pleasure having Lane in our home; he is an extremely knowledgeable, practical professional, in all aspects of his business. We have now placed our second order to do every remaining window and door-wall in our home. In total, we will have 25 window treatments from Blind Depot.

Lane from Blind Depot went beyond my expectations! He knew I had a budget and brought in quality wood blinds that met my need. He didn't try and push more costly brands. Lane is punctual and a very efficient installer. Working with Blind Depot was NOT a hassle at all and I feel like I got a GREAT price! I am using their services again for my doorwalls in the back of my house. Lane is very good at suggesting options and providing samples. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Lane was great! He was honest, affordable, and very knowledgeable. He gave me honest answers about more expensive blinds and didn't try to up sell anything. I received a few other quotes from other places that I felt really didn't know what they were selling or understand their customers needs at all. Lane immediately said "blinds aren't your only expense with a new home." I would use Blind Depot and Lane's services again and would recommend him to anyone else.

Lane was very experienced. I got him from the angie's list and decided to give him a call. He came and gave me all the options of material and color. After some suggestions from him, I chose the one I want. The actual installation happened a week later. During the installation, Lane found some pieces of blade were missing, he called the supplier right away. I received the missing pieces within 3 days. The installation was very quick. The product is very nice looking.

Lane is awesome!  The quality of the blinds is excellent for the price, and every installation has been ahead of schedule.  Prompt, courteous.  All blinds are manufactured here in Michigan.  I highly recommend the Blind Depot.

The blinds seem to be of high quality. He took the time to explain what to do if there are any problems with the blinds.  They are pricey, but it was worth it to avoid the hassle of installing them myself.

It went pretty good. I liked their service, they were friendly and they did a good job. There was only one problem with them, what we have is when you have the sliding glass door and you have the shape that you pull up and forth, it needs one of those little weighted balances on it and they were supposed to give me a weighted balance, he was supposed to bring it back and drop it off in my mailbox and he never did, that's the only issue that I've had with them. I would use them again but I would make sure that I got everything that I require before I pay them.

Lane came and measured my two doorwalls for vertical blinds.  He showed me samples and I decided on the one I wanted.  I was leaving on vacation for 2 weeks, but he promptly called me to install when I returned.  When he came to do the installation, he had an assistant.  The 2 of them quickly put up the new vertical blinds, helped me decide where to store extra slats, and took the old blinds down to the garbage.    I am very pleased with the new blinds.  The installation went well and all was as promised.

The guy who came out was good. He did a nice job on it. I met him and got it from him. He was easy to work with. He charged me less than he told me initially and I liked it. Overall, it was excellent. He took care of it. He would have brought it over to my house had I wanted him to. He offered to do that, but I told him that I was going out and I would meet him somewhere as well as pay him.

Lane came on May 15 to measure and give me a price for blinds for my bedroom. I decided on the top down bottom up honeycomb cordless blinds. He returned on June 9 to install the blinds. Installation was very fast and the new blinds are great!

I have used this gentleman before. He did a very good job. He gave me a reasonable price. He ordered the blinds for me and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Excellent price, very professional and careful installation. The special order blinds arrived and were installed ahead of schedule. No call backs required after the work was done. They are very accommodating and easy to do business with.
