ALAN CONSTRUCTION INC

Took our money and vanished. We hired him to do the project. He brought an excavator over where it sat over the weekend. He started to do the work. I went to the store and when I came back home the excavator was gone including his 2 employees and all his small tools. No phone call or nothing. We tried over and over to contact him with no luck. Now he has our money and we have to take him to court. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. I have found that Alan is now doing business under the following business names: Alan Joseph Pelowski, AP Construction Inc, Preferred Home Health Care Inc, and Land Mark Designs LLC. He has the following addresses of 9366 Bonnie Briar, 9634 Bonnie Briar in Union Lake, MI 48386, and 57 Danforth in White Lake, MI 48386. He has 8 tax leans against him, federal and state. Record one is a federal tax lean, $109,780, against AP Construction Inc. Record two is a federal tax lean, $34,261, against AP Construction Inc. Record three is a federal tax lean, $4,900, against AP Construction Inc. Record four is a state tax lean, $2,780, against Alan Construction.
