Very accommodating to come as soon as possible. The rug had not been cleaned in years and in several of the rooms there were area constant traffic areas. After drying the rug looked much better. After getting home my sister in law commented how the rug, looked so much better than a steam cleaning that she had done several years ago.

They are fast and efficient and did an excellent job. They have a good price. It was marvelous. There was no residue, no snow and he gave me tips that were helpful. I will have him back. I was very pleased and he responded to my call quickly. I was really happy with him.
