Robert and his partner walked right down into the basement took one look at the water, and knew exactly what to do to clear the drain pipe at the underground trap. In the process, he uncovered a bigger problem with the decaying pipes, which caused the water back up in the first place. It was a pleasure to deal with a team of two, and the price was fair for the work done. Which was done at the end of the workday.
Description of Work: Drain Cleaning. The storm sewer drain had backed up at the trap.

 + 0 moreFirst I would like to say Robert was very professional and helpful in giving a lay person, like myself, knowledge about what he is doing and why he is doing it. Secondly I appreciate when someone thinks about the customer, being that they may not have a clue on what the task you performing, but takes time to explain. Robert and his partner took the time to listen to me and gave me options to choose from. It's people like them that I wish the world had more of. They came, they saw, and then they conquered their quest in a reasonable amount of time... good work guys!!!
