Great rod and his wife are nice people

We needed a new garage door opener immediately and in was installed within the week. The 2 car garage door was a custom size and had to be ordered. It arrived on schedule and was installed promptly. He did not try to oversell with upgraded materials.

They did the job right, and used excellent product (which I had researched, so knew that these are good doors). Some of the rafters had been cut back by a previous installer who didn't know what he was doing, and Rod reinforced those, and did the job right. those doors have worked perfectly for years, so I wanted to let you all know. I don't really remember what the cost was at that time, so just made a wild guess, so that is not accurate. but his work is great.

Called on a Thursday to make an appointment. They were courteous on the phone and the appointment was made for Monday. I was not home when they came, so my wife handled the transaction that day. They were prompt, professional and very nice. Even changed the light bulb on the opener. My wife was pleased and this is the second time I've used them and am pleased again. Family owned business that are friendly and show up when they say they are.

Installed a new garage door, new garage door opener, programmable module, and wireless exterior access keyboard. Installer was prompt, professional, removed/ hauled-away all the replaced materials, cleaned up after himself. Completed the job in a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, provided a quality installation, demonstrated the programmable module, established settings, and answered all questions. So impressed with the service and professionalism, tipped the installer.

the shelf. HRod came out at the appointed time and day that we had scheduled. His son helped him take down old door and install new door. The installation required the taking down of a shelf by the ceiling and taking down wood that was on the shelf. He also had to cut into the drywall and place boards so that the track would fit better. The job was done in a short time and everything was cleaned up. Rod went over all instructions with me. I am so pleased with my new garage door and keypad. I feel like a got an excellent door for a very fair price.

Rod and his son came out on Friday, June 14, to install the door. He even had to take down a shelf near the garage ceiling with wood on it before he could begin his work and did that job graciously. The 2 men were very efficient and left my garage just as clean as when they started. When the job was completed, Rod explained how everything worked and had me try it. He left the owner's manual with me and showed me how to spray some of the parts to prevent wear. I would definitely recommend Rod for any garage door repair or installation. He was polite and kind and I feel his pricing was fair.

I made an emergency call to Rods Overhead Doors after backing my vehicle into the garage door. This resulted in a half open garage with a warped bottom panel and dislodged bottom rollers. The customer service agent was delightful. Fortunately, they were completing another job, so They had no problem keeping the estimated arrival time of 30 minutes. Once Jay arrived, he put our minds at ease, assessed the situation, and completed the work within 30 minutes. As an unexpected bonus, also provided great help towards resolving our remote control issues and solid suggestions on future garage maintenance. He was professional, personable, and as a bonus this company offered a very reasonable price. This is actually my 2nd time requesting their service and again I was thoroughly pleased. Highly Recommended!!!

Late night, garage door failed to go all the way up and luggage rack bent door and knocked 3 wheels and 1 cable from door. . Called repair next day AM. Responder said they would be in between 12 and 2 PM. Repairman arrived around 1 PM. Completed repairs in about 15 minutes including some cosmetic repair to door. Very nice guy and overall great experience for what could have been a nightmare. Found him from relative who had previous great experience with this company.

THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY OBVIOUSLY GOT THE SPRING ATTACHED CORRECTLY, BECAUSE MY GARAGE DOOR WAS OPENING FINE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND HAVE GOOD SERVICE. THEY COMMUNICATED WELL WITH ME, AND EVERYTHING WORKED OUT GREAT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF MY FAMILY, AND THEY TOO LIKE THE COMPANY.
