hardwood floor
 + -1 more.He is a perfectionist when working on your home and makes really good suggestions. He has all the tools needed to work on wood. He is a great painter too. He elevated my 60 year old home into a contemporary masterpiece. I would highly recommend Richard to do your floors and more...........
Description of Work: Richard sanded, stained and polyurethane (3 coats) my hardwood floors. He also replaced my old shoe molding with oak molding and even did my base molding over as it was built up with paint from previous contractors. I was so pleased that I kept Richard on for another month. He painted all my trim (door jams) and even replaced 3 fixtures. He refinished the tops of my living room furniture (oak) and painted my dressers with Pro-Enamel paint. He primes everything before painting. he even fixed a plug.
