Pro Masonry or Michigan

Pro Masonry was hired to clean our chimney and replace some bricks on it. They missed appointments a number of times without contacting us, we had to get ahold of them when they did not show which was next to impossible because they rarely answer the phone or return calls after we left messages. Three days later two workers showed up late in the day. One crew member was ill and did little work. We even caught him sleeping on our deck. When they tried to clean the chimney the vacuum spewed dust all over our living room and they could not clean it up. They also had not covered anything so it was difficult for us to clean it. When replacing one of the bricks, some of the flashing was pulled back. They never fixed the flashing or recaulked it so when it rains water will be able to get in our attic. They did not correctly replace one of the bricks and left gaps and cracks in the mortar. Some of the bricks do not appear to be replaced or fixed. They cleaned the mortar from their tools and containers on our lawn damaging a portion of our grass. We have waited a number of days for them to return to finish the job. They have told us on two separate occasions that they would be there and they have nor shown. They are terrible at communicating with their customers. Additionally they left cigarette butts and trash (1/2 eaten fruit cup, 1/2 eaten banana and 1/2 a drink bottle) for us to clean up (during CO-VID 19) after their boss finally picked them up at 10pm, an hour after they said they were done with the work. I would not recommend using this business.
