I am very disappointed in the quality of the steps. It is only a year later and already the bottom step is crumbling. It was a mild winter so we didn't even put salt on the steps. I called the company to ask if they could come out and fix/replace them. They told me they do not guarantee their work and the best they could do is sell me cheap replacement steps. I told them that if I was going to pay for new steps, it wouldn't be from a company that doesn't back their work. Please do not put your trust in this company because they lack quality and professionalism. I urge you to use a different company. If I had the chance to do it over, I would not have wasted my time with this company. I am extremely disappointed.
