Austin from Miller Door Service provided excellent service! I was extremely pleased with the garage door, opener and keypad they installed. They offer several options on the project and their many cost saving suggestions saved us a lot! Austin was very easily reachable throughout the process and communicated very timely which was fabulous! I only wish I had another garage so I could hire them again. Our new garage door is BEAUTIFUL and the job was done fast!

Austin was our repairman, and we couldn't be more pleased. He gave us a quote on Thursday, and did the install on Saturday morning. He was prompt and courteous ( a rare trait these days). I have an older garage and he had to be creative with a couple of clever work arounds. He also found a small potential problem that might pop up down the road and he fixed it even though it wasn't in his quote! N/C Definitely FIVE STARS PLUS!

Austin came to replace a part I thought was broken. Instead he found that a simple fix was all that was needed. He could have easily replaced the part and I would have been none the wiser.. Instead he simply made the fix/adjustment. It is always nice to do business with a competent and honest businessman. Next year I'll be replacing a garage door section. Austin came out the same day we called (Friday before 4th of July). The other company we called wanted $400 just to come out because of the holiday. We couldn't get our truck out of the garage. Austin manually lifted the door for us so we could get the truck out. Then he came back Tuesday (couldn't get parts until then because of the holiday) and replaced both springs. Very polite, very professional and didn't take advantage of us on the cost. We would highly recommend his company. A big thanks to Austin!
