My experience was average. I went into the store and picked out the window treatments that I wanted. They had them shipped to my house and had a service guy come out. He put up the majority of them the first time and then came back a second time. Some of the negatives are, they ordered some of the wrong items, and they were on back order. It took longer than normal and when we got them, they were not the correct ones. The customer service at the Walnut store, they were a little feisty. The installer himself was OK, good, and he seemed to be knowledgeable. He had to come out a second time, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. He was here maybe three and a half hours. It was just one installer. He was friendly and professional.

THEY BROUGHT ALL THE WOOD OVER TO OUR HOUSE and INSTALLED IT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY HAD TOLD US. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERY NIGHT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
