They did excellent job. Work was completed much faster than expected. They even did a couple extra tasks I asked to do and didn't charge me extra. They had the best price and I would recommend them for any work you need completed.

Matt and the crew were very professional, completing all the work we had requested. They worked very hard and had very good equipment. They removed the trees, ground up the stumps, cleaned up the grounds, and made the yard look much better. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!

Terrible Customer Service! They promised to come out and provide an estimate on Saturday and cancelled. I completely understand, they work very hard and he was exhausted. We attempted to reschedule. He said he would stop by a few days later. I said "Okay what time?" I stayed home, all day, and awaited his arrival. He did not respond to my question. I asked a second time "What time were you thinking of stopping by?' He never responded again after that. I am empathetic and gracious, I know their time is valuable but so is mine! I am very disappointed. If he was too busy, he should have just said how about another time? I would have been more than understanding. I know that this is their busy season. However, they promised to offer an estimate and then they never followed through. Good thing I did not hire them. If this is an example of potential contractors I could hire through "Angies List," NO THANK YOU!

They were very quick to get in touch with me and come out to give a quote. Took multiple calls after to get in touch to schedule an appointment. Took the day off work to be home for this appointment which no one showed or called with any updates on why. Called that afternoon and left a voicemail with no return. Called the next day in the morning with no answer. Looking at other reviews, seems like this is something that they do occasionally.

Crew arrived as scheduled. They got right to work at 8:30 am, worked all day and into the evening to cleanup, chip and haul away large chunks of tree. They were respectful of mine and my neighbors property. They brought the right equipment and people to get the job done in one day. Price was best of several quotes. Tom and crew were easy to work with.

Fast and efficient; The team that took down my tree was well organized. They did a great job with clean up as well.

Tom came out to quote the job within a day. Had a big crew out in less than a week of the work being authorized, with a big bucket crane truck and other tractors and trucks, and made quick work of taking down two dying oak trees in pieces, over power lines and a building, without incident. Left the site raked clean. Would definitely recommend and use again. Price was better than two other quotes.

I had a large tree branch that extended over my garage. One worker climbed the tree removing the branch in sections while the team on the ground cleared the debris. My driveway and yard were spotless! I would definitely recommend Grays.

I was contacted and told someone would come and take a look at the tree and called me back. Nobody ever called me back with a price. I would not use them again.

I was told they gave me a good deal because I was a teacher, but my yard was destroyed. they drove over my lawn and left huge holes all over.

The whole experience with Grays was excellent. The work was not an emergency but it was done quickly. They removed the trees and ground the stumps and cleaned up the grounds efficiently. I got four estimates for the work and they were the lowest bidder but I can't imagine that the work could have been done better by any of the other firms I contacted.

They did a great job. Professional service, friendly and informative crew. They got the job done right and quick and were out. Appointment was delayed a few times but that was because of their emergency services requirements due to the Covid-19 lockdown so I wouldn't hold that against them.

It was pretty good. They came out, had a bunch of new equipment, cleaned up and it looked like that they weren't there. I have recommended them to one of my friends. The owner was cool to come out to check the job. It was a good crew, they wore their company uniform, and a professional looking.
