Mr. Nelson took some time to find flooring that almost exactly matched the flooring that was damaged. I am very happy with the product he used. The laminate floor butts up against tile floors in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Mr. Nelson's crew did a very good job making sure those places were neatly done. In the course of installation one of the T-moldings was broken where the laminate joins the tile and Mr. Nelson's crew came back at my convenience to replace it. The crews were always polite and respectful.

THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY FLOORING. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. I ORDERED THE WOOD FROM NORWAY, AND THE SHIPMENT DID NOT GET HERE ON TIME. THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO CALL TO LET ME KNOW THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE LATE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY HAD A MUCH LOWER PRICE THAN OTHER PLACES THAT WE AHD LOOKED AT. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
