ASP Mongoose

Don and his wife are good people who provide excellent plumbing services at a reasonable price. I am so impressed with this pair of high quality professionals, both in the quality of their work and also their response time. I almost don't want to write this review because I'm concerned they will become too busy based on so many great reviews, but the fact is I use ASP Mongoose for all my plumbing needs and my house is in good hands with them.

They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. The owners were very response and arrived as promised. He explained everything he did and explained how to keep it functional. I would definitely use them again. I would also refer them to others.

Went well. Great personalities. Professional.

Don Petersen is absolutely phenomenal. He is excellent, he is just wonderful and his prices are unbelievable. He doesn't charge a lot, we were blown away by how little he charges and he does an excellent job. He is honest and he gets right out if you need something done; he is just really great. Once our new countertop is in, he is coming back to do the plumbing in our sink. He did a lot the in the $300, the last time, we were expecting to pay the double. He is punctual and he is just a good, honest guy. I would recommend him to anybody because he is very good.

Went well. There was standing water in the basement due to backed up storm drain. He got here quickly late in the afternoon/evening and promptly took care of the problem.

The concrete tub was broken up and removed. The plastic tub was put in place and secured to the floor. The existing plumbing was running in front of a window and was rerouted to go to the side of the window. Anti-hammer devices were also installed. Shut-off valves were installed for the washing machine and supply lines were installed for the plastic tub. Mr. Petersen relocated the washing machine and leveled it. The overall appearance of work area was much better than the old plumbing installation.
