I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to deal with them. I spoke with an agent and informed him of all the damage and they are issuing me a check for $5000. They did not even need to send out an estimator or ask to see the damage with pictures.

We were stuck in snow on a road outside Petoskey and I've been a AAA member since 2008. After we were towed 4 feet back onto a paved road, the tow truck gentleman told us it was a "seasonal road" which wasn't marked as such in any way (I took photos from every viewpoint at the intersection), AAA refused to pay for the tow. Even though all he did was pull us back 4 feet and took him less than 5 minutes. AAA informed us that because it wasn't a "main road" which we would have had NO way of knowing since there were no signs and ALL of their roads are snow covered, that they would not help us pay for the tow. I've never asked for AAA assistance since becoming a member 5 years ago and when I really needed their help, they failed me. I do NOT recommend them as an organization and plan to cancel my membership. My insurance company has a similar program; I can only hope they stand by their customers in a more loyal fashion.

They were very professional. I never had any complaints with them except for the high rates, which they would not budge on. For coverage on my vehicle, they raised to 1750. I just found it very, very expensive and didn't renew the policy.

They booked airfare and hotel reservations. They found a deal for us.

A young man came and unlocked my house. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He unlocked my house and replaced the handle to the door.
