I'm new to the area and was looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber. I came across DeFrell Plumbing on Angie's List. I called Jerry and left a message outlining my needs. He returned my call the same day with a rough estimate.
After about a week, I called Jerry to schedule an appointment. Again, he returned my call the same day and offered to schedule something early evening the very next day! This was fantastic since it didn't require me to take time off work! He arrived on time, was EXTREMELY friendly and personable, and completed the task within his estimated time. His quality of work is excellent!
Once complete, Jerry itemized the bill for parts and labor. I was extremely pleased with his work ethic and pricing. Will definitely hire DeFrell Plumbing again!
