Went well, but I thought was a little pricey. bill did not break down materials vs. labor.

Jim answered call promptly. He set up convenient appointment and arrived on time. Very reasonable cost for time and materials. Was highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Top quality workmanship.

Jim and Mike were very friendly and helpful! Very professional and didn't make a mess while removing Toilet and replacing wax ring. I will certainly call Jim when I need service again!

Jim did a great job of installation and clean up. We had a small leak in the bathroom sink and Jim returned quickly and repaired it. Excellant job!
