I have always heard good things about glass slipper so I was surprised when the hem came out of the dress right before the wedding.they not only sent out someone to hem my dress in the spot but they gave me a20$ off .ffrom what I understand they never make mistakes but based on the pay they treated me I will definitely recommend them and use their service again.very professional.
