BEST CLEANING SVC

Absolutely horrible. I honestly don't understand how these people are even in business. They came out to the house right away and ripped up a bit of the flooring, put in a few fans and a dehu and no matter how many times we asked them to never did anything with the soaking wet crawl space. This was in June mind you. Hot and humid. A few days later the owners , Jack and Viv, came out to measure and look at things. Again we mentioned the crawl space, and all the appliances that had water under them that had not been moved yet, the bathroom vanity where the problem started had not been moved yet and the list goes on. Were told that they would get to it. Finally after several weeks of no action even with REPEATED phone calls we were told by the owner Viv that she had actually forgotten about under our house!! Her exact words. Needless to say we fired them and brought in a new company who found mold growing all over the place under the house and Black Mold growing behind the fridge. And that is really just the tip of the iceberg of the things these incompetent morons did not do. We are in the process of considering a lawsuit right now because I hate to see them do this to someone else, as I'm sure they will. Please for the safety of your family DO NOT hire these idiots. They are a cleaners masquerading as a restoration company and haven't a clue what they are doing.
