Update:
Few months after moving, our only regret is that though Todd was upfront to say he doesn't go up chimneys to do inspection, I wished he did emphasized that his recommendation of having a chimney inspection done, be done before we closed on the house because that mistake is going to cost us $6,000.00.  We learned from the chimney inspection that our chimney is a definite fire hazard and nonfunctional.  Secondly, he missed the cracks all over the main bath inner toilet bowl which according to the plumber should be replaced asap.  The type of toilet color for that bathroom costed us $450.00.  We've discovered a number of other things but these two I wished he could have done easily for us as an inspector.

Todd of Tricor Inspection is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough, and he answered every question we had along the way. He arrived on time and prepared. The inspection report was very detailed but easy to understand. He doesn't cut corners and uses various state-of-the-art equipment, and only sends his samples (mold, radon) to a certified laboratory. We are very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him!
