He is wonderful. I have had him for a long, long time. About 12 years now. He is prompt in emergencies. His prices are very good. He will do something for $25 where other contractors would want a bigger job with more money. What he does works with little expense. I use him every time because he is so good. He will come in for a small repair. What he does always works. He cleaned the screen on the outside of the unit and serviced my unit and it is working fine now. He has also put in a new digital thermostat for me in the past because mine was so old. That has worked out really nice.

I have used this company since 1998, and Mr. Wagner is always prompt, reliable, made sure the job was done right, and his prices are reasonable, and he is very honest on what is needed, not recommending things that are not really needed and are expensive. He installed a new furnace for me when I bought the house, as the original one would not support an air conditioner. He installed the air conditioner, and has also provided excellent service when needed for this furnace, and the original furnace for my upstairs rental unit.

He found a new used air conditioner that he could get for me for a couple of hundred dollars less. He is old school. He tries to solve problems as opposed to selling you something. I would recommend him and use him again.
