TCB LANDSCAPING

I just let go of Lillie’s TCB Landscaping today because they are never consistent. Our mow day was Wednesdays but they wouldn’t show up until Friday or Saturday. They then just changed our day to Fridays and of course the only 2 Fridays they were supposed to show up they didn’t. One time they did half the job and didn’t come back for another week but yet tried charging us the full price. Last time they were here they didn’t weed, and as usual they didn’t show up yesterday, Friday 7/6/18. When I called I was told they were done for the week and not working this weekend. So if I wouldn’t have called then all of our girls’ things would be sitting on the patio for another day. They have also not shown up on our scheduled day because they told us they got new projects so as an existing customer we were less of a priority for these new customers and there was zero communication about it because it was always us calling them to find out why they didn’t show and that they still wouldn’t be out for another day or so. In February we got a 6 week old baby so now the majority of our summer with our 7 and 6 year old daughters and our 3 year old foster child is being spent in our backyard. So when we are told our lawn service will be here on Wednesday and we take down the girls’ inflatable pools and put away all of their yard toys on Tuesday night and the lawn service doesn’t show up until Friday or Saturday so they are only getting to use their pools and large yard toys 3-4 times a week, that’s a problem.

When they told us they couldn't do our snow the 2nd winter as we lived too far, that was it for me and I told my husband I was finding a replacement and I did (and we are thrilled with them).

They do a great job overall.

They are quick and non intrusive. They have great customer service. They are very accommodating to my needs.

They schedule to come every weekend. They seem to get the job done. I know they missed one mowing the year before last so they took it off the prepaid price of the next year even though I had forgotten about it. The above cost is per mow and we have a decent size lawn.
