Eric did a fantastic job from the initial estimate to job completion. I was sold once I saw images of his previous installations. He arrived promptly and set to work quickly. I had him perform some other plumbing work to correct some code issues as well during the installation. He went above and beyond what I originally had him quote by capping several open ducts running up the chimney from the previous owners. Even with COVID19 impacts delaying the inspection, he kept in touch with me regularly. I have recommended him to all of my friends considering a tankless unit. I got 3 estimates for tankless water heating in my home. Silva was the lowest but not the cheapest, by far! Silva included options the other 2 didn't even offer. Eric Silva explained the whole system and even gave me a flyer outlining all of the features. The other 2 did not. Silva completed the job in one day and took the old tank with him and cleaned the whole area. His workmanship in copper was amazing! It all looks like jewelry! Everything is routed with the precision of a NASA engineer! This thing looks great! We get hot water on the 3rd floor in 7 seconds! The system even has its own wifi that sends me maintenance reminders and allows me to control my Michigan home from my Germany home! Eric Silva is better than I could have expected and very professional. We are having all of the floors redone in a few weeks but he put down cardboard runners for his path anyway! He tested everything before he left and gave me a tutorial on it all too. Just amazing! Cannot be beat. So glad I went with Silva.

We were very impressed with both the install and overall product! It was an expensive product but feel it is definitely an investment and worth the cost. Eric did a great job of educating us on what we needed and making sure it was properly installed. We feel we made a great choice.

I would definitely recommend their workmanship. Install looks great. After using the shower in the master bathroom, I let them know the water started out really hot when I first turn on the shower...even on the coldest setting. They said they would be back in a few days. They never showed. It's been almost a year and we still have the same problem. Not sure if we're saving money on utilities either as we spend several minutes during every shower waiting for the water to cool down to actually get in and then frantically adjust the shower knob as water temperature goes from one extreme to the next. It's a very annoying issue but we don't lose sleep over it Update: They came out and apparently have fixed the concern. Time will tell.

Provided lowest of 5 quotes with consumers credit he processed for us. Really cleaned up plumbing for our hot water and boiler combo unit. The area now looks great and is 1/10 of old space used. Eric got us back up on water within a few hours and worked hard for 14 hour day (no breaks). I recommend him for any design and install for a Navient heating system.
