We are super happy with the work and the outcome. We have hired other painting companies in the past, but North Pointe was the 1st company to power wash, caulk and sand the exterior prior to painting. The extras they put in place so paint wouldn't get on anything was great! We had used North Pointe for some interior painting and painting of cabinets. We were so happy with that, we had the exterior done. We hired them again, not even a week after completing the exterior to paint the rest of our interior.

They got the job done well, but they left some spots on floors and counters. Initial price was also very high. They were very easy to work with however.

We hired North Pointe to paint our aluminum siding and to do some interior painting. The ceilings and walls turned out amazing! And the exterior painting brightened up the entire house and looked phenomenal! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with! I stopped in to book an estimate on Friday and they were at my house on the following Monday to provide an estimate. The work started quickly after that. They did an excellent job! Explained everything every step of the way. Always punctual to start, 8, and always ended their day before 6. I will be hiring them again for other areas that need painting. I found my painters.

They did an awesome job with the exterior painting...great crew...worked their butts off and made sure every detail was taken care of. Hats off to Tony, Oscar and rest of the crew...dedication to covering all details and pride in their work...overall impressed with the quality of work. We did have some issues with the scheduling but it was understandable with the rainy summer & Covid situation...definitely recommend them...

The crew was always on time and very polite. They cleaned up each night before they left and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. My cabinets and kitchen look brand new and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I would most definitely recommend them!

The team was extremely professional. They worked 2 days painting our foyer, greatroom and kitchen. They were very respectful of the the family working and schooling at home. I would hire this company for any home improvement job.

I would not recommend this company. I thought their initial quote was high but figured that, with a recommendation from Angie's list, this had to do with quality. They gave us one quote (painting + dry wall repair) and then the price went up when the repair turned out to be more detailed than they had estimated. It would have changed again had we needed more than one coat of paint for the trim because it was a different shade than the trim being painted over. Worst of all, because they did not use primer, even though I suggested they do so on walls that were originally orange and yellow, the two coats of--full-price!!!--paint that they used in one of the rooms did not cover the orange and yellow walls. It then took them three weeks to get back to us about this. I ended up repainting everything myself. The issue here was not the panthers themselves, who probably received the smallest percentage of what we paid (the company encourages you to leave a tip), but the people in charge of them, who need to be more concerned about quality control. Lessons learned: Do my own painting. Do not hire contracting companies that farm out work so that I am paying the salaries of multiple people, none of whom make sure that the job is done properly.

Overall they did a great job. Between initial scheduling of project and completion date look a little longer than we would have liked, but with everything g going on this year we understand.

North Pointe painted the entire first floor, banister on the stairs and 2nd floor hallway in our home. They painted all the trim, walls and ceilings. They completed the job on time and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier with the result and would recommend them.

I can’t stress the excellent customer service from Karen and Casey. They always returned my calls, texts and emails, even over the weekend! The crew was amazing. Very friendly, efficient and excellent at their craft. We hired them because they did many homes in our subdivision and came highly recommended.
