We had an inspection on a house we want to buy.  The crawl space is a mess, there is dampness, old duct work, the dryer vents to under the house, it is not up to code, basically a breeding ground for mold that can get into the house via old registers that were never sealed off.  The inspector recommended we call an HVAC company to look at the old duct work, as well as a non-circulating coil in the boiler.  Metro Air sent out a man the next day.  He was clean and kind.  He knew exactly what to look for, he read the inspection report regarding the HVAC and checked all areas.  He went into the crawl space, attic, checked the boiler, a/c units and water heater.  He immediately noticed there was no chimney liner and other work that was not installed properly in the house.  He was knowledgeable in other home improvement areas as well and advised on how to proceed with those repairs, however that is not something Metro Air services (flashing outside the house, regrading the garage, window seals, refinishing floors, etc).  He checked the coil, ran all units and made determinations on ow to proceed with the HVAC related work that must be completed to make the house habitable.  We received a proposal for the work from the owner of the company about an hour later.  I am pleased with the level of service and professionalism so far.  If I do go forward with purchasing this house I will be using Metro Air and would use them on any other house I own as well.

We renovated a 2,500 sq. ft. home and brought it up to 5,000 sq. ft. We needed three new heating and airconditioning systems with additional duct work to bring the house up to code and have efficient service during all seasons. One system services the upstairs. One system services the the majority of the main floor. One system services an enormous family room used for entertaining large groups of 50 to 60 people. My systems have never failed me. They have always met the demands of the thermostat and the amount of people in the room. In addition, Metro Air services my systems twice yearly and they keep everything ship-shape at all times. They are very timely and exceptionally reasonable with their fees. My renovation was planned over a period of time. When I call for service, Metro Air responds very quickly. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
