I called Mark because he had done work at my neighbors house and we were having problems with freezing cold floors and cold drafts in our home. Mark suggested we have a whole house energy audit from a third party company, which we did. The results were shared with both us and Mark. He came over and reviewed the results with me and we developed a plan to insulate our attic including a sky light and several knee walls. They also sealed all of the can lights from the attic and they replaced the baffles at the soffit vents. Additionally, they removed drywall from our basement ceiling and insulated the rim joist and then repaired and patched the drywall. Lastly Mark caulked many of the windows in our home (focusing on the windows that face the lake and get the most air leakage). The insulation used was the spray foam type and then they used some blown cellulose in the attic.
We are pleased with the work done and the team was very professional. I've actually started using the guy he had do the drywall for additional projects in our home.
Mark did all the paperwork for the rebates from the energy company too which was a bonus!!
