Outstanding company. Joe and his son Joe Jr. have done work at my home for over 25 years. On more than one occasion they told me a minor repair would do the job instead of major work. Recently I had a toilet leaking water down into my basement through a light fixture. I called Joe and asked for an emergency service call. He spent a half hour on the phone with me walking me through the problem and we discovered the leak was from loose bolts that attach the tank to toilet. i shut the water off, tightened the bolts...leak fixed. he could have come out and charged me a huge bill for a Saturday emergency call, but the problem was fixed at no cost to me.
