Also dishwasher purchased. It did not work properly. After several calls to whitbeck and speaking to various rude sales people found out that I needed to go through a different service company. Whitbeck threw my case over the fence and asked me to fend for my self. After 6 weeks a technician came to house for repair. Issue not resolved. Now it is 4 weeks later nd I cannot get service company or whitbeck to come out. I will go to Best Buy or Home Depot next time at least I will have better after purchase care

They are absolutely wonderful and it was a wonderful service.

I was impressed with their ability to fit it into the space of the old dishwasher, even though our kitchen floor was raised above the original level by flooring added after original dishwasher was installed. There was no extra charge although it took them a while to get it in. Also, their price was highly competitive, the new appliance arrived on schedule about four days after I ordered it, and they took away the old appliance and disposed of it. Very satisfied.

Dan was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable and helped us make some great selections. We have used our appliances for almost a month and we are very happy with his suggestions! Great Showroom also!

Very well. Items that were not available were substituted with same or better models. Scratches during installation or delivery were adequately compensated by reduction of cost. Pleasant in store staff and delivery/installation folks. All were professional, knowledgeable and considerate.

It was an excellent experience. The price was excellent and the service was excellent. We were very very pleased. They delivered our items the day they said they would. The sales man called to make sure everything was ok a couple of days later.

We have an older home and kitchen that required a small oven in order to fit in the allotted space. This is not so common these current days with large kitchens. Mickey helped us find several options and outlined the pros and cons of each. He also referred us to an installer who was similarly helpful and professional. Mickey was also very helpful in getting a warranty after the purchase was already made.

It was a very pleasant experience. They gave me the best price. It was delivered and installed.
