They went the next level land installed 2x8 for rafters instead of the flimsy 2x4 construction typical on these homes.  Afterwards, they repaired the ceilings in every room that had collapsed and broken.  Mike, the owner, took the pictures necessary for the insurance company and satisfied their every request to help the process be completed efficiently and effectively. I live in another state and trusted that they would do the job right.  I have since been able to come back to MI to check the progress.  I was very pleased with the results of the work I saw.  There was only one ceiling I thought needed a little more attention.  Mike assures me it will be taken care of and I do not doubt that it will be handled with the same standards as the other rooms.  He has been very professional in managing this project.  I would highly recommend this company for their workmanship, integrity and professionalism.
