CENTRAL MICHIGAN TREE TRIMMING

Phone call returned within 24 business hours; arrived as discussed.  Cleaned up the deck and other surrounding areas. Filled in tracks left in the yard by the truck.

I graded "responsiveness" with a B because of difficulties with follow-up from the initial meeting and estimate.  An incorrect phone number was recorded by the estimator which resulted in almost 3 weeks of silence, even after repeated phone calls from me.  When the error was discovered, Central Michigan Tree Trimming showed responsible regret by scheduling us immediately. 
On the day of the trees removal, the team was on time, and ready to work.  The interesting thing was that an emergency call had been received by CMTT earlier that morning which required their own team to respond.  Instead of postponing our work, CMTT negotiated with a team from another area company to service us (Medco, from Elwell, MI). 
I am totally satisfied and impressed with CMTT and the team that actually removed our trees.  After my initial call to have the work estimated, Don from CMTT was at my house later that afternoon.  His estimate was fair and far below others received for the same work described above. Had we not had the snafu with the phone number, I believe the work would have been done 3 days later as promised. 
I would recommend Central Michigan Tree Trimming to anyone.
