You get what you pay for and RORK is who we trust in our home. Keith is always prompt and responsive and his team is very thoughtful when they are working in our home. They always take the time to wear shoe protection in and out of our home, they educate us on the the problem and provide detailed solutions and repair options. The Rork team provides us with a written quote (up front) and their work is done right the first time  We have used Rork for over 10+ years. 
Luke found the original pipe from our master bathroom (to the septic tank) was installed with poor routing and poor quality materials. After nearly 20 years of use - it was cracked and the line was backed up.  He showed us the problem and explained how the isse had compounded over time. The repair included digging out the main pipe (several feet out from our house) and re-routing the line for better drainage. He suggested we snake a line out to the septic too.
The hot water tank was filled with well water sediment (after 10 years of use) so we had a small and constant leak. Luke suggested we could repair the tank (short term) or replace it.  He  provided us with a price for both options had he everything on the truck to replace the tank. We replaced the tank with their full service option - pull a permit, new tank installation and take away the old tank.
As Luke was about to leave he let us know he had smelled gas outside of our home - so he tested the area and found a leak on our DTE meter. His attention to detail caused us to call DTE (on the spot). He was right about the leak. DTE replaced the meter that evening with no cost to us. Thank goodness Luke took the time to pay attention to our home and safely.

They wanted almost $600 just to replace the outdoor faucet.  This is a $25 part and perhaps an hour of labor.  I could see $150 for this, or even $200, but the quoted price was just ridiculous.  $900 for the gas line was equally insane.
We wasted time setting up the appointment and $50 for their visit.

The material was about $150 I priced it. They were there for 1 hour and charged $300 in labor. This was outragious. I am a landlord and I have plenty of plumbing jobs done. I know when I am being gouged.

Excellent work.  Clean and professional.  Competent.  The problem is that they are just too expensive.  I am literally shocked each time they give me the bill.  Example: a few thousand dollars for a toilet.  I now have a few leaks that need repair but I will not call them ... I need to find someone else ... too bad I really like them ...

Great! Prompt, professional, knowledgable technician. I was very pleased with the services provided. The repairs were completed ina timely manner, cleaned up the area and made sure the drain was functioning before leaving.

They were the most expensive plumber in the world. It was $1200 to put a toilet in. It was my mother's house, so she's not going to do stairs and we ended up doing that. They are very efficient and truly a full service plumber. They pulled up in a nice new truck that has all kinds of tools and equipment in it, so pretty much the plumber who is there can handle any problem. It's well stocked and that type of thing, so they can do everything from leading in the old plumbing systems to simple new stuff. They're literally about $400 an hour. We told him what toilet we wanted through talking with him. While he was pulling out the old one he sent a message to the office and the other guy went to pick up the toilet and delivered it here, so they didn't waste any time. They were very efficient, clean, and knowledgeable, but it was shocking that a plumber would charge $400 an hour. The toilet we had was about $300 and that's probably what they charged us, plus the other $1197 or whatever was basically labor and tax. I knew when he walked in with an iPad that had one of those $80 hard cases around it that somebody was paying for that and I guess it was me. The other places that we have used in the past to put a toilet in the service and the toilet used to be around $500, so this guy was considerably more expensive. I'd never use them unless I'm totally flooded out and they're the only guys on the planet.

Very well.  He did everything he could and was sorry he couln't also fix the refrigerator.  Offered me a good service plan for the future and  I was so pleased with him I bought it.

Robert was very polite and professional.  He did thorough, honest, high quality work.
He was spotless and left no evidence of his presence behind.  I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely approach this company again in the future.  After a few days, Mr. Rork sent me a thank you card for the business.  He's a class act and they are serious about earning their good reputation.

Rork installed a new gasline and shut-off valves for a new gas stove in our kitchen. They came out quickly and completed the job quickly; they were professional, thorough, polite, and conscientious about keeping the house and job area clean. The work seems good. However, they charged 2 to 3 times what other technicians estimated for the job. They refused to give any ballpark estimate over the phone and charged $50 to come out for an estimate. After they arrived and gave us an estimate, we would never have hired them, except that we were already in for $50 and needed the work done immediately because another company had twice missed appointments to do the work earlier in the week, the next didn't return our calls, etc.

Update: He left without making sure that the gas water heater and furnace were ready to go. We had to relight the water heater over the weekend.

Keith Rork arived on time.  I infomred him that we had a leak of what appeard to be toilet water.  The toilet is placed near an outside wall on the 2nd floor over an overhang below.  There was evidence from thsi overhang of leakage.  I also infomed him that we had a second ceramic tile floor layer in the bath and that I wonderd if the root casue was that the wax seal could not contact the toilet effectively.  He concurred this was likely.He proceeded ot give me an extimate for pulling a toilet and replace it .  I signed.  He informed me that if additional spacers were needed he would have to charge us for them.  He proceeded and confired that the wax seal was indeed not working properly and that water was bypassing this seal periodically.  He added two spacers and resealed the toilet to the raised flange.  He did an excellent job explaining the whoel process and reaosns for each step.  He used all his own tarps and left the bathroom as clean as it was when he started.

Robert did a great job in not only getting the washing machine working but also helping my husband install the dryer. We had just moved the week before and this is one of those things that needed to get done quickly.

It went well, just wasn't happy with the price.

They had fixed my sump pump and after they left it leaked again. I called them back and they told me it was a new spot, but I had my doubts about it. They said they would repair it anyway. It was repaired, but I felt it was left in a condition that may have caused it to leak again. I don't like for people to have to come back. Although I would say it was satisfactory, I probably wouldn't have them come back again. They tried to up-sell a lot of things, and I didn't like that. They did fix the problem. They came on time. The main problems were that they had to come back the second time, and they tried to up-sell.

The technician was right on time and very professional.     While inspecting something upstairs, my old water heater went out (and started to leak all over the basement).      I am recovering from a back injury so the technician not only attended to the flood but also moved all my boxes for me.      Backup was there in less than an hour and they installed the water heater AND cleaned up the mess for me.   Also was able to talk about the pros/cons of a tankless water heater to help me make a decision on the way to go.        I would HIGHLY recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I found Rork Plumbing via Angie's List and called the company.  I was pleased to find out that they could come out in a timely fashion as well as being very professional during the inital phone call.  When Rork Plumbing arrived at my renter's house, the plumber quickly assessed the situation and found the problem.  He then contacted me and let me know what the problem was and quoted me a fair price.  After receiving my authorization, the plumber promptly, courteously, and efficiently fixed the issue.  My renter had nothing but high praises to sing about her experience with Rork Plumbing.

He came out on a Sunday, immediately after I called.  He was very courtesy and professional.

They were prompt.  It was a slight emergency and they were able to come out very quickly.  I would not use them again just because of the price.  I thought they were a bit too high.    

Their work is very good. The people who have come are always very professional and willing to answer any questions. Their materials are really good so they sell their own things. The only thing is they are really expensive. That is the one downside. Everything was excellent otherwise! They do carry a life time drip free warranty on their products.

They have done many different jobs. They are great.
