+ 0 moreWater heater was done first and several weeks later the AC was installed. There was some totally unavoidable damage (access holes in ceiling and wall) for the water heater change/move, that they utilized later with the AC installation. That room is going to be remolded soon, so there will be more damage to that room soon.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical water heater with gas water heater in and moved to a different room. Added central air conditioning.
