Roofing
The roofers were on time everyday, clean up was awesome, great materials a 30 year warranty shingle was used, and the price was really good. All my questions were answered, the communication was fast.. Best roofers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will never use anyone else. I wasn't always the easiest to please but they did it.

They garenteed the roof for 5 years. It leaked every every year. they would come out and say they repaired it and when it rained again it would leak.again. After calling multiple times it would take them a month to come back only to have it leak again.
They are indeed the worse company. Do not hire these guys. If you do get ready for non stop fustration. I finally hired another company and it was fixed permanently. They are a joke even calling themselves a company. Their name is accurate, if they do work for you and you have a problem (which you will) it will definately be in the Future when they return and return and return only to no

"To whom it may concern. I am the owner of this company and I have looked through my records and cannot find an estimate nor an invoice for a [member name removed]. We have a computerized system that every estimate or invoice is on record. Therefore I have never worked for this individual. The other problem I have is I warranty not "garentee" my roofs for a minimum of 10 years. I really think whomever wrote this is giving false information. First of all they live in St. Joe, MI and this review was listed from Portage/Kalamazoo. The address they left is a P.O. Box not a physical address. It may be possible they have another company confused with ours. I do understand I cannot please every customer. However I do everything in my power to never leave a customer on bad terms. This is the first time I have ever heard of a [member name removed] and any roof problems. The only [member name removed] in St. Joseph MI I have ever worked for is listed below with a recommendation from a business network. V.P. Future roofing&construction [name removed] [name removed] [member information removed] “ I have worked with a lot of roofing contractors and I have hands down found Ian to be the best in the business. He is not only good at what he does (Roofing) but his dedication to his reputation (in coming back and taking care of a problem is second to none. I would recommend hem as #1 in the business [name removed] [member information removed] January 10, 2012, [name removed] was Ian's client"
