Everything went well as planned. Took only one day. All plumbing pipes look neatly assembled now. Forgot a ten year warranty and discounts of sump pump and the back up line. The discharge line was only $4800.00 and that was what was broken. I brought another sump pump because I wanted to buy from their company so I could have a warranty on parts and the pump from The company

Employees didn’t show up with proper tools for the job and I was charged for the damage they did. They didn’t have the wrench to remove the cap that covers the drain. Instead of using a proper wrench, they punctured it with a chisel and then cut it in half to remove it. They changed me $60.00 to go purchase another and install it. I am also missing a screwdriver that I loaned them to use. They did return my putty knife that I also had to loan them.

Worker was on time, very professional, and did the work extremely well. I called around and found better prices with other companies, but decided to go with Universal Plumbing because of their outstanding reviews and couldn’t be happier.

I called in the afternoon that I noticed the leak from the old water heater. I was quoted a price and the installation time at 9 am the next day. JD and Chip arrived on time and were very professional and efficient in removing the old unit and installing the new one. They laid down tarps to protect the basement carpet and were careful to keep everything clean.

Mark came to my rescue late in the day on the coldest day in years here in Michigan. A copper pipe air chamber behind my sink, the only area vulnerable to extreme cold, froze and burst. He quickly isolated the leak, removed a small amount of drywall (under the sink), and repaired the pipe. He provided valuable advise in how to prevent this from happening again. In addition, he replaced the old valves (seals were gone). The job was done quickly and professionally.

Jonah and Paul came to my house today, it was pretty nasty outside, Ice, rain, ground soft and muddy, no complaints at all from these guys. They were confident, polite, personable, and efficient. They solved my problem in an excellent manner. This is not my first time having this company at my residence, they have solved big jobs and smaller ones with a definite can do attitude. Prices are very fair and they are worth calling. Jonah and Paul work well together.

I called these company based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. I have the same great experience as the other before me. I called at 8:06am by 9:00am they were at my house. I got the email with the name of the person. We had part of the main sewer line from the second floor replaced because of a hole. We can't explain how we did have a hole on the pipe after 16 year owned the house and being the only owners. They need parts to replaced the pipe that they didn't have in their truck. They called in and the parts were brought up to them in short time. They also cleaned the drain and certified me that there were no other issues. By noon, the service was completed, no more sewer leaking on my half bath wall and my drain worked like when we re-did the bathroom 3 year ago.
