He made sure everything worked properly with no leaking. He cleaned up the area very well. I was very satisfied and would use them again

Explained to me at every stage what was happening and alternatives at various price points. One more minor job was very expensive and I canceled anothet minor job which was quoted at an exyremely high price, $200 compared to a handyman quote of $30. The main job was OK price wise for the amount of work and skill that was required. The plumber the Company sent was hard working and good at both diagnosis and cure. Another project I plan to organize with him has been looked at a number of plumbers over the years who have all said it is impossible; this plumber took time to find the root cause of the problem and present a great solution - I am saving up for the job to be done. :)

Description of Work: He told me my problem was a broken toilet handle n replaced that but then he also did a minor rebuild but never told me I needed that. He just did it. Our toilet leaked after he left so he had to return to tighten things

Description of Work: I Purchased a $200 big deal service for $99.00. I had a vessel sink and a toilet installed. I also asked how much it would cost to fix a toilet that was leaking. The quote for that repair was $222. I told them it was too high. When I initially called and described the work, I was told that they would need to send out a master plumber. This seemed off to me because the work was very standard. The plumber that came out was not a master plumber. He was there for about 3 1/2 hours and the charge was $780. You do the math. Parts supplied were minimal maybe $10.00 (PVC, plumbers putty, silicone etc. My sink leaks. I will fix it myself.
