Their technician, Brian, was very knowledgeable and not only replaced my filter, but answered all my questions. He also confirmed my pumps were working and checked out and made recommendations for my pool sweep that has not been working properly.
Description of Work: New sand filter for in-ground pool.

Description of Work: Ken has serviced our pool for the last 3 years and always does an amazing job. He tries, where he can, to save us money by repairing old equipment. Any time I call, they get back to me straightaway- either by phone or just showing up. The pool looks and runs great! Thumbs up!

Description of Work: Ultimate Pool opened our jacuzzi and rock pool. They have opened and closed our pool for 17 years. We have also had them perform other services for us. They have been fantastic. They are extremely professional and conscientious. We can't say enough good things about them. They are an incredible family owned business.

We can offer assistance for some Above Ground Pools, give us a call see if we can help.
We do not service seperate Spas or stand alone spas. Only Spas that are attached to an inground pool, or are built in and have undground lines and pool type equipment.
