OK. Lawn got a grub problem which was not treated.

Lawn still was filled with dandelions and weeds even after free return visits. I had stripes on my lawn from area's that the fertilizer missed. I had used Trugreen for 25 years and the past few years the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. Got a new service and after 1 application the dandelions and weeds were gone and my lawn looks better than ever.

It is $200 for the year. There weren’t really any differences from the last time they were here that I could notice. Sometimes I don’t even know whose doing it, I can only see the effects. Everybody that I have dealt with there is very accommodative. Nothing really needs improved upon. I have been using them for several years.

It turned out fine, I?ve been happy with their lawn care. I subscribe to an annual subscription with them and they come out at the appropriate times. I pay not that much really, just over $200 a year, a season. They call before they come to make sure you know they?re coming, and the gates or whatever is opened so they can get in. They do it very quickly, in fact they do it so quickly that my husband doesn?t think they?ve been here half the time, but I can see them. I think they do a good job. One of their representatives was here yesterday, as they do every year, trying to sell me within their perimeters of spraying the bushes and trees for insect infestations. I really don?t have that bad of problem and not a big believer in spraying poisonous stuff all over the place. They had a good sell price for it, but again whether I agree with the basic service or not, and I don?t. I don?t want that service. If I don?t want it, it wouldn?t be very fair to give a good mark for it. 

Their other grass treatments are effective. Another thing that I like about that company is that if you notice anything starting up, crabgrass or weeds or a new kind of weed has invaded, they come and treat it for no charge. They are very responsive. They have a huge clientele, they come out in an effective responsive way. They don?t leave you hanging for a week or something. I?ve been using them for several years and plan to do so.

Their products are good and the only issue I has was customer service. They wanted to call every day wanting to discuss more service than what we signed up for.

It has been an excellent experience. They follow through and they do everything I ask of them. The service is excellent. I recommend them as highly as possible.

Initially setting up the service was pretty easy, except watch out and hold them to their original quote.  I called a few weeks prior to getting started as I was shopping around.  They quoted mean original deal with a special they were running and said they stored my info in their system for when I was ready to go.  When I called to set up, they wanted to charge me more.  I persisted and got my original deal after the rep talked with a manager. 
It took them a little long to come out to start initially and they kind of had an attitude when I called to ask because it had been past the time frame they told me.  They ended coming out next day.  We have a brand new yard with sod.  My yard is not as green as I would like.  Also our weeds just keep increasing.  I have called them three times about weeds and each time they have come right out to take care of them.  The service men were professional, polite and seemed knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions.  I received a follow up email each time service was completed.  They told me I would notice a difference in the weeds in a few days.  Unfortunately the only difference I could notice was more weeds.  They are out of control now and I'm not happy with the amount of weeds due to the amount of times they have been out here.  They told me this is just a hard summer to control weeds, but this is unacceptable to me.  I plan to switch to another company.

Price and quality were excellent.  Billing is another question.  Had automatic bill pay.  Payments taken out with no service performed.  Had to call to have service performed (happen twice).  Also had problem with automatic payment bill due to a credit card expiring (whch I corrected).  Corprate office called regauding payment on 1 treatment  and understood my concerns and said local office would follow up.  Local office never followed up instead a collection agency did who were rude, insulting and unprofessional.  All service people who came to house professional and polite.  The billing is my issue.

They were prompt to the appointment and did a complete job.  I'd recommend the company.

They did a great job.  Their price was high.  The quality of service was good.  They were responsive, punctual and professional.  I would use them again in the future if need be.      

I hired TruGreen to take care of my lawn fertilization.  They started in the early spring and have applied a total of 3 treatments to my lawn.  I decided to go with TruGreen because they offered the TruNatural all Organic treatment system.  This system only fertilized the lawn and did not apply any chemicals to treat for weeds.  My lawn took a long tme to green up at the beginning of the year and I noticed several areas in which the lawn was burned after about 1.5 months.  As we started moving into the summer I had several large areas in my yard that were pure yellow with no sign of improvement.  I called TruGreen and the service rep came out and said the yard looked green but needed to be cut higher. (It wasn't green.)  I was having the lawn cut at 3" but asked my lawn service to now cut at 3.5". The next time TruGreen called me (they call often trying to sell you more services) I told them I did not want any additional services but I wanted them to spot treat all the weeds and yellow patches that were in my yard. They never did.  The yellow spots continued to grow larger and yellow patches were starting to spread through my yard.  I called them again and requested the Tech to call me so I could speak to him directly.  For two weeks I tried to reach him but never did.  I called a second company to give me an estimate on taking care of my yard.  They gave me a huge writeup with issues in my yard.  I then called TruGreen and told them I wanted to cancel my service and they asked me to allow a manger to call me.  I agreed.  He never called, but instead came to my property and left a note on my door.  He wanted to change my service from TruNatural to their chemical based service and said he would send out two people to treat both my lawn and trees and shrubs.  No one ever came and he never called me.  The next week I called and cancelled my service.

The work they did was fine and I had a decent looking lawn but they did not proactively solve issues. One year they applied too much fertilizer and burned the lawn but they did take steps to solve the problem after I complained. The main issue I have with them is that they are constantly trying to sell added services literally calling daily, haranguing you to spray your trees due to some infestation of some sort or other, or apply grub control, aerate your lawn, add soil conditioner or what have you. The kicker is that I've moved and don't even have a lawn any more. I've explained this and they said they'd take me off their list numerous times and yet they still keep calling!

We used them last year, but we were not happy with them. They were always trying to sell more than we want. We decided not to use them again, but they showed up anyway to do our lawn without asking first. I was even at home, and they didn't even bother to let us know or ask if they could proceed. I also did not enjoy the constant marketing calls they made to us.

They have been charging me for 70,000 square feet even thought they are not spraying that much. They also changed prices without telling me and used my credit card without permission.

We have used them for 10 years, very happy with them. They have taken care of any problems. The yard looks great after their service.

Tru Green was very aggressive on their tactics of trying to up sell additional services, all of which were very expensive. I'm on a fixed income and could not afford it. They were also very persistent, calling me literally every day, sometimes twice a day, offering new services. I have been trying to contact them to cancel it, but I get no answer from them.

Tru Green did a fine job putting the weed killer down. They are doing a good job and they seem to be really professional so far. They do several lawns around here and everyone seems to be fine with them. They seem reasonable in terms of price and I do not think they are outrageous.

They did a wonderful job of fertilizing my yard. They applied their special fertilizer to make my yard look as best as it can. I was a much better job than I could have done myself just by buying a store product and applying it.
