Tom Suiter's Hardwood Flooring

I can't speak to Toms ability to install hardwood flooring but I did pay him to stain and clear coat my custom stairs. His work was sloppy and he was belligerent about...insisting that no one would notice the poor quality of his work. In his quote he indicated he would apply 3 coats of poly but he only applied 2 coats and then tried to charge me an extra $300 when the work was complete.

Mr. Suiter came out to give me an estimate after I got home from work, during the evening hours. The estmate he gave me was fair and reasonable. He was very professional in the way he spoke and presented himself. He showed up to start the job when he said he would and he finished it by the time he said he would. He worked hard and was very trustworthy seeming how I had to let him work in my home while I was at work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable hardwood flooring company. He also, showed back up a week later to repair the small scratches I put in my new floor when I moved my table across the floor. He repaired the scratches for free.
