Tile Glass Block & Stone

The process was smooth and straightforward.  We obtained an estimate easily from the friendly staff, along with information and details for it's installation.  Unfortunately, they were unable to do the installation.  They seem to be the only manufacturer of mortared glass block windows in our area, and were booked until February.  We couldn't wait, but they made up the window for our contractor to install.  We were walked through the installation process and understood it and really could have done it ourselves if we'd had the time.  He provided us with mortar and tips on how to best and most easily do the installation.  We did save money and time by having our contractor do it, but he had a lot of difficulty and made some errors that may have been avoided if he's followed all of the manufacturers recommendations.

The only thing he said was that it would take him longer than he originally stated. He did not ask for more money and the results were great. 2 years later, the parging still looks great and not a drop has come into the house. He left everything extremely clean.
