We like them the best. They are probably one of the best dealerships we've ever dealt with. Because it was an oil change, we get points so it's a little different all the time. Ninety eight percent of the time...we've only had an occasional representative that we dealt with in service that was not good, but we would go to the management and everything would be fixed very quickly. They do things on good time. They tell you how long something would take and quite often it would be less than that. It is always good. The rep we used Laurie Moses was amazing. She is one of the top sellers at the dealership. She goes way beyond what anyone would expect someone to do to either sell or lease the vehicles and helping a person. Always very comfortable with what she does in helping us. If we had any questions about anything, she would interface with the right people quickly and get back to us. Service group like I said, most of them are always very professional, very courteous and punctual. Just an excellent bunch. It's one of the best we have ever come across.

They are rude to women!! Their only response to me was, "let me talk to your hubby"!! It is my car and I do appreciate being disregarded in this manner! They also charged a great deal of money and never repaired the problem!!

We bought a new vehicle there due to a Motor City promotion. Ramon Namphy was our salesman. It was a horrible experience start to finish and the sales tactics were at the least deceiving and most likely illegal. If I had more time, I would contact the Michigan Attorney General and expose this company for what they are. If you want a great salesman, go see Joe Balhorn at Pat Milliken Ford in Redford, MI. Tell Joe John and Peg sent you. | |Avoid Suburban Ford of Waterford. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by selling you a vehicle. It was the most unprofessional auto sales experience I have had in 25 years of vehicle purchases. I've purchased many vehicles in those years and visited many dealerships. We were never treated worse than at Suburban Ford of Waterford.

My car (a Ford) wouldn't start and was not able to be jump started. They were able to test and replace the battery in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very professional and understanding, even though it was pretty much the end of the day for them.

It was pricey, but due to the fact my car has an auto mirror on the side it was necessary.  They replaced the mirror in a timely fashion.  Did not have the outer cover available at time of pick up so let me take the car, without paying and then had me make payment when I returned for the cover.  It was still functional and I appreciated the fact they were able to get me back in my car and accept payment later!

I was very dissatisfied with the Push, Pull, or Drag sale at the Clearance Lot.  The flier states, "All reasonable offers will be accepted!", and "We will make a deal no matter what!!" 
The car I was looking at was a 2011 Fusion.  Asking price is 13,995; I offered 13,000.  Kelly Blue Book states that, in Excellent condition, it would be worth $13,237.  This car had paint scratches and an oil leak, so it was certainly not in Excellent condition.  
It also had over 68,000 miles on it.
Louie did not accept my offer, but he did offer to buy my 1986 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe for $3500, without trading it in.  This shows me that my car must be worth well over the advertised trade-in value.
So much for ?Making me happy,? or that ?All vehicles must be sold immediately.?  I had heard good things about this dealership, and my experience today has really disappointed me.  Lou was not willing to work with me at all.  In fact, it seemed to me that he had an attitude against me for some reason.
It has now been three days since I left a comment on their website, and I have not heard anything back from Suburban.  I guess they just don't care about their customers.

They always do an excellent job and provided me a loaner when I needed it and I've been very pleased with them. Oil changes are pretty much the going price, they're like $30 and all my other stuff had always been under warranty that I have done or it's been covered under the service agreement that I have, good thing with the car. They're very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Usually, I just take it in and wait for it and read a book or a newspaper and it's usually done within an hour.

They were nice to deal with. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait long to get an appointment. They got there parts in quick and took care of the repairs. I would not use them again because I am no longer driving a Ford product.

I took my car there a couple years ago and it was under warranty.

Got a great deal, fair trade and good financing. Important: The salesman, Rob Fernandez, followed up perfectly on replacing two rear tires as promised. He called us when they came in, we didn't have to call him. Also, the car we bought was missing a remote (FOB), he gave us a new one the next day and had it programmed for us. A car salesman with service AFTER the sale!
We were very happy with the outcome and I will shop there again!

They are very helpful. They try to solve the problem, and they work with you. Their prices are competetive.
