Selectronics was the vender hired by our home builder to install the wiring for our new home.
Their service was great with the exception to after the sale support.
The installers were friendly and supportive during our build process. The alarm installer was courteous during that portion of the install.
During the install, the installers mentioned that they can sell TV's and at the same price as the box stores.
I reached out to them to purchase a TV and their pricing was significantly higher than the box stores. Also, to get a price on a TV, I provided the specific model, it took ~1 week while they prepared a "proposal". It was a waste of time. I actually researched, bought and self mounted my TV before their proposal ever reached me.
My primary issue with this company is the response post sale. On our wiring for data, the only data port I used would not work. I called the main office to have a tech come fix the issue. She indicated she didn't know the availability and it had to be scheduled by Tony. She said she would have Tony call me later in the day.
3 days later, I called back indicating I never received a call from Tony. She said he will call me that day. He never called.
The next day, I called again and she said he was wrapping up another call and would call me back. That call finally came the next day. I was on the phone when he called and I called back within 10 minutes and left a message asking for a call back.
The call back never came and Tony to this date (3 weeks later) has not reached out to resolve the broken wiring in our wall. I have since, taken the jack apart and repaired the broken wire myself.

A motor vehicle in my driveway was vandalized; this was not the first time that this particular vehicle was vandalized; if it happened again, I wanted to catch the culprit(s).  Selectronics is only a short distance from my home.  I pass it everyday on my way to work.  One day I stopped by and talked to the owner.  I explained to him what my problem was and what I wanted to accomplish.  The owner suggested outdoor infrared camaeras with a DVR, which would record approximately 21 days of activity.  A few days later the owner visited my home and gave me an estimate for two cameras.  I thought about it and decided to add a third camera.  I called Selectronics.  Another gentleman came out to my house a few days later and gave me another estimate (the pouring rain did not stop the gentleman from talking with me outside and walking around the perimeter of my home).  I was impressed.  After thinking about it, a few days later I went back to Selectronics, made a down payment, and set-up an installation date.  The installers arrived on time.  Two other gentlemen installed the cameras.  It took several hours.  To hide the wiring, it was necessary to go through my attic.  Both genetlemen were extremely professional and friendly.  They did not leave until after answering all the questions I had about the system.  A few weeks later, I had a problem with the remote device (I later figured out that it was my fault that I had the problem).  One of the gentlemen, who was also one of the installers, came out to my house just a day or so after my call and rectified the problem.  The cameras were exactly what I was looking for.  Now   I have piece of mind knowing  that I have a chance of catching the next person who vandalizes any of my property. 

The technician was at my door right on time. He was very knowledgible and nice. He helped me understand the best way of wiring all of our components. He did not talk down to me at all like some other tech companies. Before he left he even wrote down a complete list of which input worked with which component on our remote control(s). Kind of a cheat sheet for working the TV/dvd/receiver/vcr/cable box set up. He did a great job!
